This little cutie just keeps getting bigger and bigger. She's 12-weeks old and a living doll! Poor baby had to spend some time in the hospital with RSV. It was hard to see that precious girl hooked up to IV's and monitors. She was such a good girl and still managed to keep up her nutrition - her Mommy said she's probably the only baby to actually gain weight while in the hospital!
Ryan got a belt advancement in his tae kwon do class. It was a fun night watching how Ryan uses the skills he's learned. He sure looks like he has a lot of fun with this activity!

Someone had a "Sweet 16" party! The decorations were great - Charlotte did a wonderful job!

This is the beautiful birthday girl - Kailee!! She is a sweetheart and we sure do love her! (OK -she IS a teenager and she PROBABLY isn't sweet to her mother all the time, but she is to me!)
This is a picture of Dave with his Dad. Cute little guy and quite a handsome young man, huh? Well, we celebrated Dave's Dad life, George Oran, at a memorial service in Ramah, New Mexico. George passed away on February 7th. It is not easy to lose a parent, no matter the age or the circumstance. I was sad for Dave as he went through this life-changing moment.
What was very nice was that all the siblings could gather together again after so many years - I think it has been over 26 years since they have all been together in the same place at the same time.I was so happy to see Carmen - it has been about 15 years since I've seen her!
And once again, Carmen's skills were tapped - her calligraphy made this picture board look very nice!
At the end of the month, there was a night that I spent many hours preparing for and that had me nervous for weeks - New Beginnings for the Young Women of our church. This is a night where we introduce the program to the girls who will turn 12 and join the group during the year. We focus the night on those girls and introduced them to the 2013 theme and to the values Young Women work on between the ages of 12 and 18. It turned out beautiful -all thanks to the great girls who talked about their experiences and expressed their excitement for the new girls and the awesome leaders with whom I work. There was such a strong Spirit to the evening and I came home loving those girls more than ever (if that's possible!).And now, drum roll, please.............PATRICK, HEATHER, HUNTER AND CAMERON ARE MOVING BACK TO ARIZONA!!! Oh joy, oh happiness, oh my gosh am I happy!! This is great, grand, groovy! Pull out your thesaurus and find all the words connected to wonderful and insert them here! I'm doing the "happy dance" right now...in my mind...I'm actually sitting at the computer...
So, how's your life goin'?
