SURPRISE!!!!

A BIG HOMER SIMPSON WOO-HOO!!!! Patrick came for the weekend (THANK YOU, Heather!) - an unexpected surprise. He was flown down to Phoenix for a job interview (impressive, huh!) and was gracious enough to allow us to see him for a couple of days (Ok, I HAD to say it that way - 'cause if I didn't, he would!!). While he was here, we had a great time playing outside, jumping on the trampoline at Sheri's, shooting rockets, playing games inside, watching movies, going to church and eating (of course!). The visit was short, but it was very nice!! Weekends like this just make you smile! :)

Bremen

This is a post dedicated solely to Bremen. So, here are...



All the pictures are posed - except the one in the recliner when he's watching TV. (More on that later.) Bremen has been talking for years - and he's only 4! Not only that, but he's been speaking in sentences and using big words almost from the time he started talking. So, it's sometimes hard to remember that he's only experienced 4+ years of life! He has the cutest smile and he's very polite. Please and thank you are very much a part of his vocabulary. He also has a very experienced palate - the variety of food Bremen eats is amazing. One thing Bremen really likes is watching TV - much to the dismay of his parents. Bremen can be so engrossed in watching a program that he actually forgets to chew his food!
