Today being Father's Day I thought I'd pay a small tribute to the man in my home, the father of 6 great children. Fatherhood is an often under-appreciated calling, but that is one of the best qualities about Dave and one of the reasons I fell in love with him. He is a great Dad in all the ways that count - he loves his children, he does everything he can to help his children when he knows their needs, he provides a great example of integrity (his work ethics are above reproach), and he is a dependable father who has been, and always will be, there for them. If you ask him for help, he will be there early to get started on the task at hand! I think being a Dad is his most favorite title - he will sometimes "over-Dad" the kids forgetting they are all over 25 now! But, your kids are always your kids - even when they're 25, 28, 31, 33, 35, and 36! I hope they all know that he always has their best interests at heart. And the added bonus to fatherhood - he gets to be a Grand-Dad! Who could ask for anything more?
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the Dad's in our family!!

I agree - Dave is a wonderful guy. We couldn't have finished our house without him! He will always help me when I ask and never complains! He's like a dad to me too.
