After 13 months of being here on earth, we finally get to meet our youngest grandchild!! On December 23, 2011, at approximately 7:30 p.m., we got our first glimpse of Sofia!!
Going home she seemed just fine.
When we got home, she started getting used to her surroundings and to us.
I do believe she remembered Bremen!!
Then, the very next morning she was thrust right into the big family gathering!! She did just fine and, in fact, warmed up to Aunt Wendy very well!
If this large group didn't scare her, she's good to go anywhere!
She liked opening presents!
But she REALLY liked playing in wrapping paper and tissue!!
Sofia is a cutie-patootie - hard to believe she's really here and it's not just a dream!!!

We were so glad to finally meet Sofia. She loved Holly!
She IS so cute. I loved getting to see her.
I also got to see Lexi for the first time EVER in real life. I was telling Brian that I had only ever seen photos of her on the blog.
I was so glad that both Kevin and Jon came home this year. Awesome.
She is adorable!
What a wonderful Christmas at your home! I bet you loved being surrounded by the kids and grandkids :)
