This trip to Idaho was different from all the other trips. On this trip, we got to have the kids all to ourselves for 4 days. Jon and Jamie had a little get-away for their 10th anniversary! Here's a little of what Logan and Lexi were up to while we were there....
Logan is still doing tae kwon do. (So's Jamie, but I didn't get any pictures of her!)
While Logan was at school, Lexi and I played games. Let's just say she is more generous in her game playing - she's really sorry if you los
e!
We went to a family fun night at Monkey Bizness, a play center in Boise.
The kids had fun, plus they got pizza and root beer for dinner!
The blurry streak is Lexi going down the very large slide!!
Logan was a champ on the rock wall.
One of the highlights of the trip was getting to see Logan get his Bobcat at his pack meeting.
Isn't he a good lookin' Cub Scout!
She also had fun riding bikes with Morgan and playing ball.
Logan was showing me some "moves!"
This one cracks me up! Logan was going to pose and Lexi sits down in her princess skirt and gives me a pose - have no idea where she got it from. Notice the head bowed, one hand behind her and the other over her shoulder. I think she's a future drama club member!
Like these balloons? They are for Logan's "I Tried New Food" party. Long story short, he said Papa told him if he tried something new, he could have a party with balloons and cake. I'm not saying it isn't so, I'm just saying that's what I told Lexi if she completed a certain milestone! Anyway, he tried new food - new to us giving it to him, anyway. He tried green beans - his Mom said he's already eaten those. He also tried pork - not a fan. He tried monkey bread and liked it. Ok - who wouldn't like gooey, sugary cinnamon bread, but technically it was new to him!
And, to finish off with goofey shots, here's something else you can do with balloons! Mr. America in the making!! (His sidekick is pretty cute, too!)
P.S. Blogger is driving me crazy tonight!! I can't get all the space deleted between the pictures!!!

Cute pics! Lexi looks more like her mom the older she gets.
BTW, I am having similar blogger issues. Either I get huge spaces or they run everything together in one paragraph...it's making me crazy.
I miss those guys! I can't believe how grown up they are now!
