Dear Reader

I am sorry you have found that nothing new had been posted in the last month or more. You probably are feeling like it's a waste of your time to stop by - even every now and then. You are right. If I'm going to keep up this blog I should post more - even if it's just every now and then. My problem is I haven't felt like sharing much. Would you really want me to post about how sick I was several weeks ago? It really isn't a good story. I could have posted a picture of Dave in the hospital, but I was a good wife and didn't take one picture of him during his stay, even though it was his first time actually staying in the hospital - he would have been really mad and I didn't want him mad and sick at the same time. There are several people I know and love that are going through some trials and that makes me more introspective - and less likely to hit the blogosphere. But, I vow to do better. With that being said, I will try to be more like Kim and look for the good things in each and every day! I won't tell you that I'll report them all - I'll just tell you that I'll look for them and select random thoughts to share - every now and then.

So, here are a couple of things I've liked in recent weeks:

I liked being able to spend so much time with Kendal! She is adorable and lovable and irresistable and...well, I love her to pieces!

Ryan's soccer games were fun! I really liked going and watching those boys and girls go after the ball! There were days he was more into it than others, but all the games we saw were great because we got to see him having fun!!

I really like that even though Caitlin wasn't quite into the soccer game, she came and supported her brother! Anyone who knows Caitlin knows just about anything comes second to a good book!!

I really like Dave. Oh, Ok. I really LOVE Dave. And not just in recent weeks - always. It's Father's Day and I thought I'd put a picture in of him. After all, what's Lambson Land without him?

I know I have said this before, but Dave has been like a second father to me. I really got to know him better when he spent countless hours helping us build our house. He is one of my favorite people in the world - Happy Father's Day Dave!

Also, HOLY COW Caitlin looks grown up. Wow!

I'm sorry to hear that you and Dave were so sick. I hope all is well now.

I wish I was better at doing my own updating as well. I always remember to look for something happy in the day. I just don't always remember to post it.

Love the pictures of the kids. And I'm with Caitlin on the book thing!
