The next day came, all our money we spent.
The turkey was carved, the potatoes were mashed,
The leftovers are now continually rehashed!
Let’s light up the houses and light up the trees,
Get up on that ladder with your rickety knees!
The season is here where we all seem to hurry,
We shop and we wrap in such a grand flurry.
The holidays come, the holidays go
But let’s not forget what we already know
The spirit of Christmas can last through the year
Just remember our Savior, our Christ, oh so dear!

Where did you dig up that picture? It was in the years when the older kids didn't want to dress up anymore. I think we look more ridiculous in our bow ties and santa hats than we would have looked if we had dressed up.
I have to say, I'm glad we did that though. It was a holiday tradition that we carry on with our kids now.
You know what I noticed right away in that picture? The brick fireplace. It was so pretty. It has become the bane of my existence, trying to make it pretty again.
That picture is great - although some of your kids might hunt you down & kill you for posting it
NICE picture...
What the heck is wrong with Wendy? Was that the year she and Sheri fought over who got to be Mary?
I'm glad you posted this. I was just telling Stuart about this and I'm not sure he believed me!
Thanks for putting our link on your blog. I was so happy to see so many Lambson blogs - we just started this whole blogging business. I'm trying to recruit more. By the way, it's Tucson, not Tuscson.
Thanks, Becca. I like peole who point it out rather than let me go on as if nothing was wrong!! Guess my typing fingers got too excited!
