Random Pictures

Here are some more pictures of things that have caught my interest lately.

For instance, have you ever seen a pizza this big? Neither had I.

And, have you ever seen a husband join in on a bread-making session and look so happy about it?

Or a husband who is NOT making bread look so happy about it?

And, have you ever seen so many bread products made to take on one small camping trip? Inventory of wheat bread, cinnamon-raisin-nut bread, cinnamon rolls and white bread. (Dave made the white bread and some of the cinnamon-raisin-nut bread.)

Do you get this kind of view when you're on the road to a camping trip if you don't live in Arizona? Bet not!

How about this one - do you see any elk? Neither did we.

Have you ever wondered what is so interesting that it keeps two guys floating in a boat for hours? Other than the beautiful scenery, I've come up with nothing!

How many times have you seen Cathi relaxing like this?

Think this little guy is cute? Yeah, well, see how cute he is when he's not getting any more food and jumps up on the cooler where you're resting your legs and THEN you tell me how cute YOU think he is!! Seriously aggressive little dudes - there were many of them. One even scampered up on Dave's knee demanding food. Oh, and, yes. Dave did start it - I think 2 dozen cookies were fed to Chip and his buds.

It really was relaxing. Even Dave could sit in a chair for a long time enjoying nature. That's when you know it's good!

This cute guy always captures my interest.

Guess who is one of his favorite people? Yeah, Papa.

Ever seen a kid decorate a pumpkin with a pen? Yeah, well, it's creative. It's edgey. It's unique. It's also because I brought the wrong markers. I grabbed the markers with the "W" on them - only it was the "Wonder" markers, not the "Washable" markers. "Wonder" markers do nothing on pumpkins. Yes, I am lame - I actually tried. I was hoping...

He didn't seem to mind. Especially when Papa was giving him a mini chocolate candy bar and he was able to "poke" the pumpkin as well as draw on it!

Well, that's all for now. Oh, except for - if you haven't seen Lexi, stop by the blog of the Idaho bunch. She's got a good one up now!
